  1. Jamun helps in improving the blood sugar levels. Jamun seeds consumed too help in controlling diabetes.
  2. Figs have the richness in fibre which helps with insulin function for patients with diabetes.
  3. Peach is a healthy fruit with a low Glycaemic Index (GI).
  4. Cantaloupe fruit is high in the Glycaemic Index, but has a good amount of fibre.
  5. Pears are rich in both vitamins and fibre, which is a must for patients with diabetes.
  6. Guavas are high in vitamin A and vitamin C and contain high amounts of dietary fibre. Its good constipation & has lower GI.
